Terms of Service

Audialyze provides real-time tools for audio analysis, AI-powered mastering, and sound enhancement. The platform is currently operated by an individual developer based in the EU, with plans to register a legal entity in Estonia.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal right to use any content (such as audio files) you submit.

• •You may upload audio files solely for analysis and mastering purposes.
• •All processing is done in-memory only — files are temporarily stored for up to 1 hour.
• •Files are automatically discarded after 1 hour or when server memory limit is reached.
• •No permanent storage on server or database.

You agree not to:

• •Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• •Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes;
• •Attempt to interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other users.

This service is in public beta and is provided "as is." While every effort is made to deliver accurate results, we do not guarantee that the service is free from bugs, interruptions, or inaccuracies. You use the platform at your own risk.

You retain full ownership of your uploaded audio and any resulting output. By using the service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service.

All algorithms, design, and platform code remain the intellectual property of the developer.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If changes to these Terms are made, continued use of the service will constitute your acceptance.

Audialyze is currently not operated by a registered company but is compliant with EU law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
